Hi all,
About a year ago my trusty old Vx died (of drowning ) and
I bought a TX. Oh do I miss the old Palm.
For the past few weeks I have been experiencing constant degredation
of the digitizer. I have tried calibrating the screen countless times,
even downloaded digifix but to no avail. I cannot tap the icons at the
bottom of the screen, or the ones on the top, rendering the palm
pretty useless.
Can anyone help? Is it worthwhile buying powerDigi?
I had the same problem recently. Specifically with the lower portion of the screen. I couldn't type on the keyboard and I couldn't select the icons at the very bottom of the screen. I called Palm and they wanted $145 to fix the problem. I found a website that would replace the digitizer for $61. But then I came across a blog that said to try a program called PowerDigi. I tried it and to my surprise the digitizer works like it was new. I downloaded it from www.palmpowerups.com
