From the any of the main menu's you can press the drop down menu key (lower right hand corner) of Treo or using your stylus tap on the upper bar on any menu to get to the dropdown menu.
From there select delete. This will open all of the programs loaded on the Treo. Be very careful that you do not delte something by accident.
Scroll down the list of items until you get to the one you want to delete. Once there, tap on it and you will be prompted to delete it.
