The Garmin iQue 3000 features an integrated Global Positioning System (GPS). It runs Palm OS 5, includes an MP3 player, 32MB of memory, and a voice recorder. It has a flip-up antenna and runs a fast ARM processor. It has a 320 x 320 high-resolution color screen (The Garmin iQue 3600 has a 320 x 480 color screen). Additional memory can be loaded using the Micro SD expansion slot. The device is 2.8" x 4.7" x .77" and weighs 5.2 ounces.
